Returns and Cancellations Policy for Travel Packages

Our policy allows cancellations and modifications up to 30 days before your scheduled travel date. If 30 days have passed since your booking, we are unable to offer a refund or itinerary change.

To qualify for a refund, your package must be unused, unactivated, and in the same condition as when you booked it. Certain types of travel packages and add-ons are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, non-refundable flights, accommodation, and activities.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Last-minute or same-day bookings
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Downloadable itineraries or travel guides
  • Certain health or wellness packages

To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please provide your booking confirmation or proof of purchase.

Please do not contact third-party vendors directly, as all refunds must be processed through us.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in specific circumstances, such as:

  • Any package with evident signs of partial usage
  • Packages modified or altered by the customer in ways not covered under our terms
  • Packages returned or canceled after the 30-day window

Refund Process: Once we receive and review your cancellation request, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified time frame.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take time to appear.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Packages: Discounted or promotional packages are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available only for packages that cannot be used due to service errors or changes. Contact us at [info@ransaar.com] to request an exchange.

Gifts: If the package was marked as a gift at the time of booking, any refund or credit will be issued to the original purchaser. If you received a package as a gift, we can issue a travel credit once we receive the unused package.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For high-value packages, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
